Peterborough Mobility Team
Our office in Peterborough consists of a team of 22 staff. We have around 240 guide dog owners at any time and we cover the following areas:
Together with dedicated volunteers we work to deliver and raise awareness of Guide Dogs’ services and campaigns to enable blind and partially sighted people to get out and about on their own terms.
In order to live a full life and contribute to the local community, people need to be able to get around on their own. Every hour another person in the UK loses their sight. Guide Dogs works to make sure that when someone loses their sight, they don’t lose their freedom as well.
